We are launching our first workout for the men, with our #MCM HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout class.
The actual workout is FREE, however we do require a purchase of a pre workout energizing tea, post workout smoothie, or both if you’d like!
If you are going to attend the classes, we ask that you arrive 15-20 min prior to the start of class so we can get you signed in and ready to go!
